FORMING WOMAN'S INTEGRAL PERSONALITY

The purpose tarbiyah on Muslim sisters first is to form a whole personality as a Muslim. All aspects of humanity should be grown so that Muslim women will give birth to an optimal potential, both in terms Ruhiyah (spiritual), fikriyah (intellectual), khuluqiyah (moral), jasadiyah (physical), and amaliya (operational).
According to Sheikh Hasan al-Banna, Islamic personalities covering 10 aspects, as follows:
1. Salim Al-Aqidah (net aqidah). Each individual is required to have a straightness belief that they can only obtain through an understanding of the Qur'an and the Sunnah.
2. Saheeh Al-Ibadah (straight worship). Each individual is required to worship in accordance with the demands of the Shari'a. Basically, worship is not the result of ijtihad someone because worship can not be balanced through the addition, subtraction, or adjustment to the condition and progress of the age.
3. 
Mantin Al-Khuluq (strong morals). Each individual was required to have toughness of character so as to control the passions and lust.
4. Qadir 'ala al-Kasb (able to make a living). Each individual is required to be able to demonstrate the potential and creativity in the necessities of life.
5. Mutsaqaf Al-Fikr (broad insight in thinking.) Each individual is required to have a breadth of insight. He should be able to take advantage of every opportunity to develop insight.
6. Qawiy Al-Jism (physical strength). Each individual was required to have physical strength through means that are prepared to Islam.
7. Linafsih mujahid (fighter himself). Each individual is required to combat the whims and desires and established himself over the laws of God through worship and righteous deeds. That is, each person prosecuted for jihad against the evil persuasions who plunged the people into badness and crime.
8. Munazham fi syu'unih (regular business). Each individual is required to be able to manage all affairs according to Islamic rules. Basically all that is irregular will only end in failure.
9. Haris' ala Waqtih (notice the time). Each individual is required to be able to maintain the time so it will be protected from neglect. Each individual is also required to be able to appreciate other people's time so it will not let someone else do the vanity.
10. Nafi 'li Ghairih (useful for others). Each individual should make himself useful to others.
Tarbiyah for Muslim women should be able to develop a variety of positive characteristics in personality, so was born the personal charm, the fruit of a continuous process tarbiyah.
