WORKING WORLD FOR MUSLIMAH



Women are human beings as men.
Women are part of the male and men are part of the woman, as the Qur'an states:

بَعْضُكُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ
(Ali Imran 195)
Humans are creatures who live among his kind is to think and work (activities). If not, then he is not human.
Verily Allah Almighty made man for their charity, even He did not create them but to test who among them the most good deeds. Therefore, women were given the task to do good as men, with a better charity to obtain a reward from Allah Almighty.

Allah says:

فَاسْتَجَابَ لَهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ أَنِّي لَا أُضِيعُ عَمَلَ عَامِلٍ مِنْكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى

So God they allow the application (by saying), "Verily I am not wasting charitable people who labor among you, whether male or female, (because): Ye are members one of another. So the people
who emigrated, who was expelled from his hometown, which hurt me on the street, who fought and killed, I certainly would eliminate their mistakes and must I enter them into heaven with rivers flowing beneath a reward from God. And God on his side a good reward. "
(Ali Imran 195)

Anyone who labor well, they will get a reward in the hereafter and good reward in the world:

مَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا مِنْ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَنُحْيِيَنَّهُ حَيَاةً طَيِّبَةً وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْرَهُمْ بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, being a believer, verily to him will We give a good life and indeed will we give reply to them with a better reward than what they have done.
(An Nahl 97)

in addition, she is also a half of human society, and Islam have never been described to ignore half the members of the society and set them frozen and umpuh, then deprived of life, destroyed his good and not given anything.
It's just that the main task and the first lady that is not disputed anymore is to educate new generations. They are prepared by God for the task, both physically and mentally, and this glorious task can't be forgotten or ignored by the material and cultural factors whatsoever. Because no one can replace the role of women in the task of this magnitude, that it belongs the future of the people depend, and with it also manifested the greatest wealth of riches in the form of humans (human resources).
Hope God gives grace to the poet of the Nile, namely Hafidh Ibrahim, when he said:
Mother is a School, educational institutions
If you prepare well
Then you have prepares a good nation by the principal base.
Among the activities of women are take care of home, make her husband happy and happy family forming a tranquil peaceful, full of love and affection. Until well-known in the proverb "the good service of a woman against her husband is considered as jihad fi sabilillah".
However, it does not mean that women work outside the home was forbidden Personality '. Because no one can forbid something without nash syaraa' and saheeh of the legend and clear instructions. In addition, basically all things and all actions that may, as long as there are no texts which forbid doing so.
Based on this principle it is a woman allowed to work or perform activities. In fact, sometimes he is charged with voluntary or mandatory charges when he needed it. For example, because she is a widow or a divorced husband, while no individual or family who bear the economic needs and he alone can make an attempt to cover himself from asking asking or waiting for a helping hand to others.
In addition, sometimes the family needs her to work, like helping her husband, children or relatives caring for children brother who was a child, or helping his father who was old. As the story of two daughters of a sheikh who are elderly who keep the sheep of his father, as in the Qur'an

وَلَمَّا وَرَدَ مَاءَ مَدْيَنَ وَجَدَ عَلَيْهِ أُمَّةً مِنَ النَّاسِ يَسْقُونَ وَوَجَدَ مِنْ دُونِهِمُ امْرَأتَيْنِ تَذُودَانِ قَالَ مَا خَطْبُكُمَا قَالَتَا لَا نَسْقِي حَتَّى يُصْدِرَ الرِّعَاءُ وَأَبُونَا شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ

also narrated that Asma 'bint Abu Bakr used to help her husband Zubair bin Awwam in the care of his horse, mashing grains to be cooked, these grains carry over his head from the garden that is far from Medina.
Communities themselves sometimes require women's work, such as in treating and caring orng women, teaching children putrid and other activities that require a special power of women. So the main thing is women muamalah with fellow women, not men.

If a woman is allowed to work, then tied with a few conditions, namely:

وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَى جُيُوبِهِن َّو لَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ ءَابَائِهِنَّ أَوْ ءَابَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَائِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَائِهِنَّ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُنَّ أَوِ التَّابِعِينَ غَيْرِ أُولِي الْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ أَوِ الطِّفْلِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا عَلَى عَوْرَاتِ النِّسَاءِ
And let them cover with a cloth veil to her chest, and not to show adornment except to their husbands, or fathers, or their husband's fathers, or their sons or their husbands sons, or brothers and their brother, or the sons of their brothers, or sons of their sisters, or women of Islam, or the slaves that they have, or the servants of men who have no desire (for women) or children children who do not understand about women's genitalia.

وَقُلْ لِلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَى جُيُوبِهِنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ ءَابَائِهِنَّ أَوْ ءَابَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَائِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَائِهِنَّ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُنَّ أَوِ التَّابِعِينَ غَيْرِ أُولِي الْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ أَوِ الطِّفْلِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا عَلَى عَوْرَاتِ النِّسَاءِ وَلَا يَضْرِبْنَ بِأَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعْلَمَ مَا يُخْفِينَ مِنْ زِينَتِهِنَّ وَتُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

Say to the believing woman: "Let them gaze, and maintain his cock, and let them show her jewelry, except that (usually) appear thereof. And let them cover with a cloth veil to her chest, and not to show adornment except to their husbands, or fathers, or their husband's fathers, or their sons, or sons their husbands, sons, or brothers and their brothers, or sons of their brothers, or sons of their sisters, or women of Islam, or the slaves that they have, or maid-servant men who have no desire (for women) or children who do not understand about women's genitalia. And let them not strike his foot for jewelry in mind they hide. And bertaubatlah you all to Allah, O men who believe that you are lucky . (An-Nur: 31)

يَانِسَاءَ النَّبِيِّ لَسْتُنَّ كَأَحَدٍ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِنِ اتَّقَيْتُنَّ فَلَا تَخْضَعْنَ بِالْقَوْلِ فَيَطْمَعَ الَّذِي فِي قَلْبِهِ مَرَضٌ وَقُلْنَ قَوْلًا مَعْرُوفًا
O wives of the Prophet, you all are not like other women, if you're cautious. You shall not be subject in speaking so berkeinginanlah people who have the disease in his heart, and say good words, (Al-Ahzab: 32)

عن أبي موسى الأشعري عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال أيما امرأة استعطرت فمرت على قوم ليجدوا ريحها فهي زانية وكل عين زانية
